About your guide

I'm Nahid, an Author and Somatic Movement Educator with experience across four different industries: fashion, technology, publishing and wellness. My journey through work burnout and health challenges led me to develop this unique approach. I've transformed my own relationship with stress, anxiety and burnout and now help others do the same.
