Hello, I am Nahid.
I’m a Somatic Movement Educator.
I’ve worked across four different industries: fashion, technology, publishing and wellness.
Working across different industries taught me that I am good
at working hard and throwing myself into everything I do. But it came at a
price.
I was close to the edges of burnout, I had chronic anxiety, suffered
from bouts of urticaria and neuralgia and almost died from a gangrenous
appendix because I just didn’t listen to the signals that my body was telling
me.
Now I have learnt to be in a more compassionate
relationship with myself,
to listen to what my body is telling me and take appropriate action before I hit
a wall.
Life feels more spacious and hopeful.
